不幫忙倒垃圾就拿出開山刀！高雄一名李姓男子（28歲）13日下午，拿了一包垃圾前往楠梓路的檳榔攤，請店家幫忙倒垃圾遭拒，竟憤而拿鋁棒、開山刀朝著檳榔西施狂吼咆哮並嗆了句：「會再回來算賬」，接著駕車離去。檳榔西施心生畏懼報警，警方循線查出身份，通知李男到案說明，訊後依違反社維法與恐嚇危安罪送辦。

1MHz to 70GHz Antenna , Design , Manufacture13日下午1時許，李男拿著鋁棒走進楠梓路的檳榔攤，指著檳榔西施就是一陣狂罵叫囂，被對方的回話又再激怒一遍，李男又回車上，這次拿了一把開山刀，走進檳榔攤後又是狂吼咆哮，整個畫面都被監視器拍了下來，檳榔西施嚇到和警方報案，深怕撂下「要再回來算帳」李男，會再次找上門。

警方根據監視器畫面掌握男子身份，並通知李男到案說明，他坦承犯行但強調並無傷人之意；李男供稱，請店家幫忙倒垃圾，但店員態度不佳，憤持鋁棒進入店內狂罵，但店員仍持續回話，才會氣到又拿出未開鋒開山刀入內叫囂。

儘管李男強調未想傷人鬧事，但行為已觸法，警方將犯案器具依法扣押，並依社會秩序維護法與恐嚇危安罪方向偵辦；楠梓分局呼籲，遇有暴力傾向及不理性顧客時，應立即通報第三方之公權力介入處理，勿自行與顧客發生衝突，自保優先。
