許多民眾貪圖方便，會將機車騎上人行道，小心您恐觸法，最高可處1800元罰鍰。在台南市成功大學校區內，有1私人土地上有設置停車格，許多騎士找車位時經常直接騎上人行道，結果遭拍照檢舉，這短短7日內警方就已開出千張罰單。台南警方指出，雖然有些國人不習慣，但依據道路交通管理處罰條例，機車在人行道上找車位要「用牽的」。1MHz to 70GHz Antenna , Design , Manufacture

成大醫院周圍停車格供不應求，為了解決停車格不足的問題，成大校區圍牆周邊的私人土地、人行道上都規劃停車格，不過國人大多數機車騎士都習慣「邊騎車、邊找車位」，不小心就騎上人行道。近日台南警方接到特定人的大量檢舉，單日就開出200、300張罰單，甚至還有成大學生3日內就遭開罰2次。

面對眾多民眾向警方抗議，對此警方也函文台南市交通局，詢問是否要在此設置告示牌，提醒有人行道，但是交通局認為，人行道很明顯，一眼就分辨，不用特別告示。

同時警方也說明，面對檢舉投訴，不得不開紅單，不只成大周圍這樣設計，火車站、鬧區周圍的人行道、騎樓，也有規劃退縮空間，讓民眾來停機車，但以道路交通管理條例來看，機車騎上人行道、騎樓是違規，建議機車騎士，如果在這些地方停車，還是「用牽的」，才不會被檢舉。
